You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you advertise or publish through our network.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

4.1 Pricing and Fees

Our pricing models (CPM, CPC, fixed packages) are detailed on the Services page. All prices are quoted in USD but can be paid in supported cryptocurrencies.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and credit/debit cards. A minimum deposit may be required to start a campaign.

4.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Payments for launched advertising campaigns are generally non-refundable. Unused funds in your account balance may be refundable upon request, subject to a processing fee and our review. Detailed refund policy is available upon request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTC Ad Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our Service. Operation may be interfered with by numerous factors outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
